Summary
  1. This is not a complete program of the concert. Music works of each performer that were included on the commercial disc were removed from the present tape reels and can be found on *LT-10-A 2610 or on a LP (EBM-8) in service copy *LZR 74772. None of the music works performed by Blake were used for the issued disc and are therefore on these reels. A note on the container reads: "Very poor performance except #1. Eubie was ill at time of the concert (no one knew until later). He was hospitalized a few weeks later."
