1. Account book (1757-1786) of Episcopal clergyman Richard Charlton of New York, containing an inventory of Charlton's personal estate made by his heir, John Charlton. The inventory lists Charlton's slaves, household goods, bonds and other notes outstanding, and other property with names of buyers and amounts paid. This inventory is followed by a journal of receipts and expenditures made during the settlement of Charlton's estate.
