- Dole Wadley and Elizabeth Carroll Peirce were married in New Hampshire in 1860. Their daughter, Sara Peirce Wadley (1861-1838) married Edward Everett Capehart (1859-1917). Their two sons were Wadleigh Capehart and Everett Dole Capehart (1890-1948). Everett Capehart married Cristina Chase (1897-1967) in 1926. Edward Capehart and his sons were U.S naval officers.
