  • "Edges, consisting of thirteen etchings by Alex Katz and a poem by Robert Creeley, was published in an edition of sixty copies. Thirty hand-bound books were numbered in Roman numerals from I/XXX through XXX/XXX and signed by the artist and author. Thirty unbound portfolios contain thirteen etchings and the poem. Each print ... is signed and numbered in Arabic numerals from 1/30 through 30/30 by the artist. The poem is signed by the author"--Colophon.
  • "The etchings were printed on Rives Heavyweight paper by Simmelink/Sukimoto Editions in Marino del Rey, California. The poem was typeset in Emerson, designed by Joseph Blumenthal, and printed letterpress by Carol Sturm of Nadja, New York. The hand-bound books and portfolio boxes were made by Judi Conant in Guildhall, Vermont. Designed by Jerry Kelly"--Colophon.
