  • "The character Miss St is based on Babette Straub, who was a patient at the Burghölzli university clinic in Zürich, where the young Karl Jung conducted clinical research from 1900 to 1909. Her case was marked by numerous pathologies, including, as she claimed, that she suffered the slander of invisible telephones." -- Works and process at the Guggenheim house program.
