Summary
Two New York mice, Bernard and Miss Bianca, members of the Rescue Aid Society, set out to rescue Penny, an orphan girl who's been kidnapped by Madame Medusa. Medusa, the malevolent proprietress of Madame Medusa's Pawn Shop Boutique, has whisked the child off to Louisiana because Penny is the only person small enough to retrieve a large diamond hidden in a pirate's cave. Bernard and Miss Bianca take off in pursuit aboard Albatross Air Charter Service. In the Devil's Bayou in Louisiana, the helpful rodents experience hair-raising escapes from the flame-haired Medusa and encounters with assorted swamp creatures, including a dragonfly named Evinrude who runs a local boat service. Songs include: "The Journey," "Rescue Aid Society," "Tomorrow is another day," "Someone's waiting for you" and "The U.S. Air Force song." (No public performances allowed)
