- Summary
- Features dancers from the Australian Ballet in four excerpts from Nureyev's film version of Don Quixote. Nureyev and Lucette Aldous of the Royal Ballet portray the young couple. Their love flourishes with the assistance of Robert Helpmann in the title role. This film is preceded in the set of four films by The marketplace in the port of Barcelona and Basilio and Kitri and followed by The wedding reception. The four films are not dependent upon each other and can be viewed separately, or in sequential order.
