- Description
- 1 videocassette (19 min.) : sd., col.; 1/2 in.
- Summary
- Cousteau relives some of his adventures aboard the Calypso, adventures which he reflects could have occurred only on the "water planet." Earth is the only known celestial body that contains the broth of all life, the seas. "Earth is the only water planet. Its water is the same water that condensed around it four and one-half billion years ago. That's all there is. There won't be any more." With this warning, Jacques Cousteau shows us some ways to take better care of our water, and warns us of the potential disaster of over-exploiting sea resources.
