- Summary
- The Cousteau expedition observes the behavior of finback whales, records the diving capabilities of sperm whales and conducts experiments on the communication between killer whales. They observe an experiment with a whale at Marine World in California. There are also views of the Calypso crew using balloons, kites, small boats and underwater photography to investigate these giant mammals in the Indian ocean.
