- Summary
- A trio of stories from three different lands are told by Laura Simms. "Fetnah," (whose name means "disturber"), is the tale of a woman who teaches wisdom and humility to a Persian king. "Spirit Basket," set in Africa, tells how a man betrays the trust of a goddess, thereby losing his chance to see and comprehend "the beautiful things in the sky." "Hina" is the story of an old Polynesian woman who leaves her routine life on earth, follows a moonbeam bridge to the sky, and becomes the creator of clouds and thunder.
