Summary
This collaborative experimental theater piece features the stream-of-consciousness language of playwright Sam Shepard, the acting virtuousity of Joseph Chaikin and the video artistry of Shirley Clarke. In a performance, punctuated by expressive percussive sound and electronic video imaging, Chaikin portrays a man "delivering his own last rites." Chaikin enacts the protagonist's recollections and fantasies by conjuring a cast of characters from his ebbing lifetime.
