- Description
- 1 videocassette (16 min.) : sd. col.; 1/2 in.
- Summary
- In "Dance Frame," dancer Sara Rudner performs within three electronically-generated, overlapping, rectangular "frames" of different dimensions and colors. As the tape progresses, the dancer's image is triplicated, each image varying in size and hue. Percussion, electronic babble, and running water are heard on the soundtrack. (Music by Joan La Barbara). "Rocker" is video-synthesized sculpture that undulates to rhythmic sitar music. Horseshoe-shaped forms fuse and separate, quiver, stabilize and reproduce themselves.
