Summary

An obese 15-year-old receives a shock when she returns to school in the fall only to discover that her formerly slim heartthrob has gained considerable weight following the death of his mother. Ira sleeps over by Bernard Waber is recommended reading for little brothers and sisters. The Zucchini Warriors by Gordon Korman is reviewed in "Book bind." Roommates Bruno and Boots confront obstacles as they attempt to lead the Macdonald Hall Zucchini Warriors to a victorious football season. Science fiction devotees will enjoy Cry havoc by James D.
