- Thomas Francis Fremantle, 1st Baron Cottesloe, British politician and civil servant. From 1827 until 1846 Fremantle was MP for Buckingham, sitting as a Conservative. Baron Fremantle in the nobility of the Austrian empire, he became Baron Cottesloe of Swanbourne in 1874.
