Summary
This original aboriginal dance piece is an eloquent union of storytelling, music, Blackfoot mythology and modern and traditional dance interpreting the stories of Mother Earth and the rite of passage of the soul. This story was created, written and visualized from the legend of the "Sleeping People" told by the Blackfoot elders on the Blood Reserve in Standoff, Alberta, Canada.
