  • · To Dr. John Ayrton Paris, physician and author : 1 autograph letter signed : 30 Mar [pre-1824] : (MISC 2013) : from 18 Grosvenor Street : begins, "Mrs. Gregor has informed me of her kindness in making so ill a report of my beautiful looks to you ..."; with descriptions of her physical condition, including, "I have had a severe feverish cold, & great internal discomfort from, I believe, indigestion; so I have starved & physicked myself into a fright of the first water ..." Tipped into the William Upcott autograph album, which was compiled in 1824. Shelved with bound manuscripts under "Upcott."
  • · To Mrs. Hichcliffe : 1 autograph letter signed (fragments) : [no date] : (MISC 3927b) : [no place] : 2 cliipped fragments; enclosing a clipping from a letter in the hand of her sister, Fanny Burney, as an autograph sample "for Miss Brown." Mounted in the Agatha Hogsbottom album. Shelved with oversized manuscript volumes.
