Whitall, American philanthropist : 2 autograph letters signed ; 23 Feb - 24 Aug 1925, in regard to a (forged) letter from Shelley to Godwin (S'ANA 0227) which refers to an Irish saint. Also discusses James Stephens's move to America. Also: one note in unknown hand on Irish saints. The "Shelley" letter and extensive commentary are printed in Shelley and His Circle, vol. V, p. 6-15.
