The collection consists of four scrapbooks compiled by Florence Holbrook reflecting her educational career, contacts, interests and activism from 1897-1932. The scrapbooks contain newsclippings, printed matter, some unidentified photographs, and a small amount of correspondence, including letters from Jane Addams, Lola Maverick Lloyd, Louis P. Lochner, Rosika Schwimmer, former students, and others. The bulk of the collection covers the years 1914-1916, documenting Holbrook's professional work and her engagement in pacifist activities at home and abroad.
