Summary
Two works in progress by choreographer Robert La Fosse are performed in this program. An excerpt from a full-evening work based on Egyptian mythology, and titled Osiris, is performed with sets and costumes. The pas de deux that follows was later titled October. La Fosse speaks to the audience about possible variations to the piece, and solicits suggestions for the title. In the panel discussion that follows, the creators of the two works speak about their roles in the conception and development of the ballets.
