  • Binding: Blue goatskin with inlays of gold, blue and black with gold cross-hatching, red, blue and green dots and a brown-red-blue-green-yellow floral pattern, by Sylvia Rennie (signed on free back endleaf). Overall design is paisley; design wraps around spine. Gold endleaves. In blue cloth solander case (20 cm.) with inner red paper-covered book compartment; red ribbon attaches to inside covers and passes through slits in compartment so that the book pops out when the box is opened; red leather spine label, gilt.
