- Papers of Elayne Corley consisting of her files from her involvement in the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority (treasurer for the Eastern Region) and the National Council of Negro Women. The files for NCNW principally document a fundraising concert for the Mary McLeod Bethune Memorial in Washington, D.C., of which Corley was chairperson. The files for the sorority contain programs, committee files, convention materials, annual reports, newsletters, handbooks, directories, the constitution and bylaws, handwritten notes and memorabilia.

- Elayne Williams Corley (1903-1969) was known for her activities with women's organizations. She served as president and treasurer of the Manhattan section of the National Council of Negro Women; president for three terms of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority New York chapter and was vice president at the time of her death. She was also one of the representatives to the Non-Governmental Organizations section of the United Nations for the sorority.

- Elayne Williams Corley (1903-1969) was known for her activities with women's organizations.
