Summary
  1. "While Ms. Cook's career as a concert and cabaret artist is well documented on video and audio recordings, this collection gives us, for the first time, a glimpse of Barbara Cook during the heyday of her Broadway career. Cook sings a wide range of music --from Vienese operetta and American folksongs to Broadway classics and pop standards-- and is excitingly partnered by Broadway luminaries Alfred Drake, Robert Goulet, and Anita Gillette. Among the many highlights are the selections from Meredith Wilson's The music man, featuring original cast members Cook and The Buffalo Bills"--Container.
