  • This is the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive's reconstructed version of the 1976 film recording of Einstein on the beach from Théâtre royal de la monnaie. The 16mm camera original and magnetic sound elements were reunited and re-synched digitally and a sequentially complete reconstructed version was produced. The recording itself is incomplete, missing approximately 105 minutes of image and 22 minutes of sound. The following notes detail the missing content.
