Note
  1. The recording consists of musical selections and two spoken sections: Ruth St. Denis delivering her self-titled White paper and Barton Mumaw (?) delivering a tribute to Ted Shawn that appears to be posthumous. One of the musical selections, White jade, has a voice-over narration. The sound quality of the spoken sections is poor. The music is identified based on the notes written on the container of the original recording.
