Summary
Jerome Robbins, assisted by ballet master Victor Castelli, directs a rehearsal of Dances at a gathering. A solo (Etude, op. 25, no. 4) and pas de deux (Waltz, op. 42, nicknamed Giggle) are rehearsed by numerous interruptions and repetitions. Robert La Fosse and Judith Fugate, Darci Kistler and Ethan Steifel rehearse the pas de deux simultaneously at the back of the studio.
