Summary
Inside/out is a series of programs, usually presented outdoors, in which artists perform and discuss their choreography with audiences in an informal setting. In this program, the Urban Bush Women rehearse an excerpt from Lipstick and then perform the entire piece. For the remainder of the program they rehearse an excerpt from a work in progress, Praise house. Choreographer Jawole Willa Jo Zollar discusses the piece and its development.
