• "The edition was limited to ten numbered copies, each signed and numbered by the artist/author, eight of which are for sale"--Colophon.
• "Designed by Jerry Kelly in association with Jim Gelfand, the artist and author, and Morris A. Gelfand, the printer and publisher. The manuscript was set on computer by William Miller, owner of the Printery, in Oyster Bay, NY. Corrected proof and a disk were then sent to Jerry Kelly. He designed the layout and produced the formatted version. The Stinehour Press of Lunenburg, Vermont, produced the polymer plate from negatives generated from the disk. The text was printed on heavyweight Mohawk Superfine stock by Jim Ricciardi and Morris A. Gelfand at the Printery using a Vandercook SP 15 press ... The photographic prints were enlarged from the original negatives made by Jim Gelfand"--Colophon.

• Consists of 25 sheets each folded to form 2 leaves. Half title, t.p., contents and introd. on first 2 folded sheets forming a 4-leaf gathering; colophon on first recto of final folded sheet (remainder blank). Each of the 22 remaining sheets (numbered 1-22) forms a 2-leaf gathering containing an original 8" x 12" photographic print, with letterpress printed in blue in on first verso of the sheet.
• "The photographic prints were enlarged from the original negatives made by Jim Gelfand. He also photographed and created the original cover sheet and the xerox collage preceding the title page and another xerox sheet preceding the colophon"--Colophon. The photos. are numbered 1-22 on verso. The xerographic collages are mounted on p. opposite the t.p. and on the last verso of folded sheet no. 22, respectively. The cover sheet is a xerographic collage on a sheet of heavy black plastic that covers the volume in its box.
