Summary

1. This tape records two showings of work from the One on one workshop at Jacob's Pillow. Director Carolyn Adams speaks about the workshop, in which students were individually coached in repertory pieces. Two students perform solos they choreographed and speak about how Adams coached them. Pauline Koner speaks about coaching another student in Valse caprice, choreographed by Doris Humphrey, which is then performed. Colin Connor introduces performances of two works he choreographed, a male solo and an ensemble dance for women set to Fauré's Requiem. The students are identified by first names only. The program is repeated on another evening.
