- The Todt Hill-Westerleigh Branch originated in 1950 as a sub-branch, with limited collections and hours, in an apartment in the Todt Hill Houses on Staten Island. In 1963, the library's name was changed to Todt Hill-Westerleigh Branch and the facility moved to larger quarters in a converted supermarket at 1891 Victory Boulevard. In March 1983, the branch moved to its present location at 2550 Victory Boulevard.
