Summary
The International Ballet Project in 1988 brought dancers from various countries to Jacob's Pillow to study the works of Antony Tudor. At the beginning of this program Benjamin Harkarvy introduces the project and speaks about Tudor's choreography. Sallie Wilson directs the students in rehearsals of excerpts from Lilac garden and Dark elegies, discussing the ballets and coaching the dancers in their interpretation of the choreography. At the end of the tape the dancers introduce themselves, but many names are inaudible.
