- Summary
- Interview with actor Martin Sheen. Sheen discusses his years as a struggling actor in New York City, his work with film directors Terrence Malick and Francis Ford Coppola, and his experience playing Romeo in the New York Shakespeare Festival production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet at the Delacorte Theater in 1968. Sheen elaborates on what he calls his dreadful performance as Romeo, and the benefits of having worked as an actor with producer Joseph Papp. Includes clips from the films Badlands and Apocalypse Now and various still images from Sheen's stage and film career.
