The paper was specially made by hand in France for the project, with each sheet ... watermarked with the signatures of the artist and author ... All printing, drawings and text, is by hand lithography. The stones have been effaced and the plates cancelled"--Colophon. Sheets are 44 x 52 cm.

(facsim. of decorative script), dedication leaf (facsim. of the author's handwriting), and letterpress contents and colophon leaves. Printed on ivory laid handmade paper. "Printers: Keith Brintzenhofe, Bill Goldston, John A. Lund and Steve Anderson; letterpress by H. Wayne Ely"--Sparks.
