  1. This is a workshop staging of a work in progress, with minimal production values. Director Martha Clarke introduces the piece, and provides occasional comments, but is not always audible.

  3. The Lincoln Center Theater production of this show, revised and retitled Belle Epoque, was videotaped on Jan. 8, 2005, and is available on NCOV 2908.
