Designed and produced by Andrew Hoyem with the assistance of Gerald Reddan, Blake Riley, Lewis Mitchell, Peter Stoelzl, Christopher Chen, Kenneth Howard, Flannery Bateman, Charles Martin, Diana Ketcham, Laura Heyenga, and Nancy Reid. The Deepdene type, designed by Frederic W. Goudy, was cast for hand composition of the poems and in Monotype composition for the introductory essay and ancillary material by Mackenzie & Harris. The type and photo-polylmer plates for the drawings were printed by letterpress on a Miller cylinder press. The paper is Pescia, a mould-made sheet from the Magnani mill in Italy"--Colophon.
