Summary
Jerome Robbins directs a rehearsal of excerpts from Dances at a gathering. Mazurka op. 7, no. 4 is rehearsed by La Fosse, Watts and Whelan, and then by three alternate casts, led by Woetzel, Edwards and Boal. Mazurka op. 24, no. 2 is rehearsed by Watts, Whelan, Soto, Proia and Crabtree. There are numerous interruptions and repetitions. Robbins discusses and demonstrates choreography.
