  • "The lithographs were hand-pulled by Timothy P. Sheesley, Corridor Press, Otego, New York. The type, Monotype Dante, was cast at the Press and Letterfoundry of Michael and Winifred Bixler, Skaneateles, New York, and printed by Daniel Keleher, Wild Carrot Letterpress, Hadley, Massachusetts. John Kelly, New York, assisted with the design. The text paper is Somerset. The Japanese sheets used for the fold-out sections are Silk Unryu, Koinezumi, and Kurotani Wave. Twinrocker Handmade Paper, Brookston, Indiana, produced the endpapers. The handbinding is by Sarah Creighton, Easthampton, Massachusetts"--Colophon.
  • Three pages of the text are wider by 20 cm. but folded to match the width of book. These folded page extensions are of various Japanese papers.
  • "The lithographed images were conceived with a camera but manipulated digitally with Photoshop software in order to generate the films used to creat the duotone and tritone images. These films were transferred to plates and printed as hand lithographs"--Prospectus. The ill. are continuous throughout, with text of the poem overprinted.
