  1. This performance of the Mass incorporates the Gregorian chant propers for the Feast of the Ascension from the Medicean ed. of 1614. The Magnificat, from a ms. in the Capella Giulia, performed "in alternatim" with falsobordone plainchant and preceded by the plainchant antiphon for Ascension Day.
  2. Originally issued on CD in 1992 as HMC 901388.
