[From wrapper:] "Turn Out Dance was choreographed in 1995 as a sequential recruitment of muscles assisting outward rotation during the performances of various movements of the hip joint. Orbits was choreographed in 1998 as a dance to refine awareness, joint mobility, muscle flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination of the hips."
