Following an overview of dance in France from the 1960s to the 1980s by Yorgos Loukos, the panelists discuss their own experiences of working in the French dance world. Topics include the different support systems provided by the French and American governments ; the influence of American artists ; the differences between the French and American approaches to choreography. A question-and-answer session concludes the program.
