Summary
  1. Compilation of film and video clips made to accompany a lecture by Natalia Levkoeva, administrator of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow. The compilation begins with a section depicting ballet dancers in class, followed by excerpts from various ballets, many of them contrasting archival footage with more recent productions. The tape includes performances by members of the Royal Danish Ballet and the Paris Opéra Ballet as well as Russian ballet dancers.
