Feature films represented include The band wagon (1953) ; Jailhouse rock (1957) ; Beach blanket bingo (1965) ; Hair (1979) ; Saturday night fever (1977). Excerpts from the film Paris is burning (1992) and several music videos are seen in footage from the documentary Everybody dance now (1991).
