Description
  1. 1 videocassette (87 min.) : sd., col. NTSC; 1/2 in. (VHS)
Summary
  1. According to the program notes, "The Horse's Mouth is a live, dance/theater documentary in which each participant tells a story from their life; then performs his/her own movement phrases--first in place then traveling through space, sometimes improvising with another dancer. A chance element is introduced by cards picked from a box, which suggest how to vary the phrase. The participants are selected from the dance community in the city in which the piece is performed; and since the cast is always changing, the piece is constantly reinventing itself."
