- Oriented with north towards the right.
- Large standing figure of Indian along right border at the center; royal coat of arms to the left of it.
- Cartouches: title at top center; scale and publisher statement at bottom center; "Notarum explicatio" above Indian figure.
- Appears in Willem Blaeu's Atlantis appendix. Possibly from his Le Théâtre dv monde.
- On verso, catchword: naux; sig. I, [p.] 9.
