- Excerpts from the ballet. The first segment (ca. 5 min.) is a close shot of the male variation ; part of the prelude, danced by Chauviré ; the pas de deux ; and the beginning of the final waltz. The camera loses focus during the pas de deux. The second segment (ca. 2 min.) is a wide shot of the male variation and part of the prelude. The third segment (ca. 8 min.) is a wide shot of the opening nocturne and the beginning of the male variation.
