Summary

1. Part of a 25-hour-long live telecast aired on December 31, 1999 and January 1, 2000 in celebration of the new millennium. After a montage of current theater marquees on Broadway, the cast of Fosse performs two excerpts from the musical: "Bye bye blackbird" and selections from the final number, "Sing, sing, sing." At the end of the segment, the cast wishes the audience a happy new year.
