Summary
"This film attempts to show the creative process from first steps to a final dress rehearsal." Choreographer Susan Crow is shown working with the dancers and pianist, and conferring with the costume designer, as she creates a ballet pas de deux titled Side by side. The piece is performed in its entirety, in costume in the studio, at the end of the program.
