- Vol. 2 and v. 3 [pt. 1] originally "designed and an appendix" first appeared after the 4th edition of v. 1, as separate volumes with special title-pages.

A supplement of the voyage round the world, describing the countries of Tonquin, Achin, Malacca, &c. their product, inhabitants, manners, trade, policy, &c. 2.
