  1. After opening in Baltimore, Md. in November 20, 1904, the operetta Lady Teazle played at the Casino, New York, N.Y., Dec. 24, 1904-Feb. 11, 1905. Further performances were in Boston, Feb. 27?-Mar. 11, 1905, produced by the Lillian Russell Opera Company, and Chicago, Apr. 17-29, 1905.
