- Actor Uta Hagen gives her impressions of Mary Anthony, whom she first met at the HB (Herbert Berghof) Studio, where Anthony had been invited to teach movement classes for actors, and later to coach the morris dancers in the studio's Christmas mummers' plays. Hagen describes Anthony's "intense discipline," her ability to surprise, her youthfulness of body and spirit, and her devoted care for Hanya Holm, a mutual friend, in her last years.
