  4. Purports to be by Louis Boulengier.--cf. his dedication to Jacques Robertet, bp. of Albi, and "Io. Descolis medicine professor lectoribus, S.P.D.," leaf 2. The dedication to Emperor Maximilian by the Gymnase vosgien, copied from previous editions, has been altered slightly but is still dated St. Dié 1507.
  5. Probably published between Nov. 22, 1517 and May 26, 1518 when the dedicatee was bishop of Albi. It may have been published as early as August 1515 when the preceding bishop died designating Robertet as his successor. It has also been described as a 1507 or 1510 edition.
  6. Also attributed to M. Ringmann.
  7. With a circular woodcut diagram mounted on last leaf below "Finis."
